What an office move costs
Moves of fewer than 20 workstations can be done at the hourly rate: two movers and a truck cost €90/h, three movers and a bigger truck €120/h. The price includes the truck, the movers, fuel, kilometres and transport insurance, and evenings and weekends cost the same as weekdays.
For a bigger office we give a fixed project price after a site survey. During the survey we go through the workstations, furniture, IT equipment, lifts and access routes, and you get the plan and the price within 24 hours. The total depends on the number of workstations, the furniture to dismantle, the floors, and whether assembly, moving cleaning or waste removal are needed at the same time.
The weekend move, day by day
On Friday, at the end of the working day, your staff pack their own things and we label the furniture and equipment to match the new floor plan. On Friday evening we dismantle the furniture and load the first trucks. On Saturday we move everything to the new premises and reassemble the furniture. On Sunday we finish the workstations and take the cardboard and waste away. On Monday morning work carries on in the new office.

How much does an office move cost?
The hourly rate from €90/h includes the truck, movers, fuel and insurance. For offices with 20+ workstations we give a fixed project price after the site survey. Evening and weekend work at the same rate.
Can the move be done at the weekend or in the evening?
Yes. We do most office moves between Friday evening and Monday morning so that work is not interrupted. There is no weekend surcharge.
Do you handle IT equipment and furniture?
We pack and transport workstations, monitors and server cabinets labelled by workstation, and dismantle and reassemble the furniture. Your own IT team reconnects the devices.
How quickly will I get a quote?
We reply within an hour on working days, and you get the moving plan within 24 hours of receiving the details. In urgent cases, call 045 7871 3636.
Can we pay by e-invoice?
Yes. We invoice by e-invoice with 7–14 day payment terms, and contract customers get a named contact person.
