Scheduling
Yes, the move can be canceled or rescheduled if the schedule changes. We understand that plans may change, which is why we offer flexible terms for rescheduling or cancellation.
If unexpected delays occur on the moving day, we will keep you informed and make the necessary arrangements to adjust the schedule. Our goal is to ensure that the move goes as smoothly and stress-free as possible, even if delays happen.

Billing & payment
Billing begins the moment the moving truck arrives at the agreed departure address and the service starts. This ensures that you pay only for the actual moving time. The service also includes parking the vehicle, opening doors, and preparing the cargo space — these are all part of the moving service.
The hourly billing ends when the move is fully completed — meaning all agreed items have been unloaded in their designated places and the customer is satisfied with the final outcome. In other words, billing continues until all work is finished and we leave the location.

The payment method is always agreed upon in advance, and before payment you will receive a clear breakdown of the costs and billing basis.
Our rate starts from €90/hour (truck 20–30 m³ with 2 movers) or €120/hour (truck 30–40 m³ with 3 movers) — fuel, kilometers and soft moving blankets to protect your items included; extras like stretch-film wrapping (€30), disassembly and packing help are priced separately. The price depends on the moving date and volume of work; fixed-price moves are also available. See full details on our pricing page.
We wrap everything in soft moving blankets — always included in the hourly rate. For extra protection we can also wrap your furniture in stretch film (€30), which gives the best defence against scratches, dust and moisture. We recommend it for valuable and delicate surfaces — you can select it in the quote form.
