Scheduling
Can the move be canceled or rescheduled if the schedule changes?
Yes, you can cancel or reschedule the move. Plans change, so our terms for rescheduling and cancellation are flexible.
What happens if there are delays on the moving day?
If something delays the move on the day, we keep you informed and adjust the schedule. We do what we can to keep the rest of the move running smoothly.
Can you handle urgent or same-day moves?
Yes. Depending on availability we can often organize your move on the same day or within 24 hours. Call 045 7871 3636 and ask.
Billing & payment
When does the billing start, and how do you pay?
Billing starts when the moving truck arrives at the agreed departure address and the service begins, so you pay only for the actual moving time. Parking the vehicle, opening doors and preparing the cargo space are part of the moving service.
Hourly billing ends when the move is complete: all agreed items are unloaded in their designated places and you are satisfied with the result. Billing runs until all the work is finished and we leave the location.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay in any of these ways:

- Installment invoice: up to 12 months of interest-free payment via our partner Resurs Bank (activate by texting TALO to 18311; Resurs Bank customer service: 09 622 4308; www.resursbank.fi)
- E-invoice within 7 days (for business customers)
- Payment link (we will send a link via text message or email)
- MobilePay
The payment method is always agreed upon in advance, and before payment you will receive a clear breakdown of the costs and billing basis.
How much does a move cost in Helsinki?
Our rate starts from €90/hour (truck 23 m³ with 2 movers) or €120/hour (truck 30 m³ with 3 movers). Fuel, kilometers and soft moving blankets to protect your items are included. Extras like stretch-film wrapping (€40), disassembly and packing help are priced separately. The price depends on the volume of work, and weekends cost the same as weekdays with no surcharge. How do you protect my belongings during the move?
We wrap everything in soft moving blankets, which are always included in the hourly rate. For extra protection we can also wrap your furniture in stretch film (€40), the best defence against scratches, dust and moisture. We recommend it for valuable and delicate surfaces, and you can select it in the quote form.

Yes. Every crew speaks English, and all quotes, contracts and communication are available in English.
Is my move insured?
Yes. We are a licensed company with liability and transport insurance, so your belongings are fully protected door to door.
Can I rent moving boxes from you?
Yes, we rent durable moving boxes and deliver them to your home in advance. We can also pack your entire home for you.
