End-of-tenancy cleaning is the most exhausting part of any move: once the boxes are carried, nobody wants to scrub the oven. We have our own trained cleaning team — it handles the final cleaning with your move or entirely on its own, always priced separately.

Why professional end-of-tenancy cleaning pays off

In Finland a tenancy rarely ends with just handing over the keys. The landlord or building manager inspects the apartment, and insufficient final cleaning (loppusiivous) is the most common reason deposits get withheld — a cleaning company's invoice is deducted from your deposit, usually at a higher price than booking it yourself. A professionally done and documented cleaning removes that risk.

Ordering the cleaning together with your move also saves time: our team cleans the old apartment right after the truck is loaded — you never have to go back.

Kitchen: oven and trays, fridge and freezer (defrosted), cooker hood and grease filter, cabinets inside and on top, counters and backsplash
Bathroom and WC: tiles, grout, shower, taps, toilet, mirror cabinet, floor drain
All rooms: floors, skirting boards, doors and frames, sockets and switches, radiators, closets inside
Windows: washed inside and between panes (outside weather permitting)
Balcony: sweeping and wiping surfaces

Can I order just the cleaning without a move?

What if the landlord isn't happy with the result?

We follow a standard checklist that matches what housing companies and landlords typically require. If anything needs fixing at inspection, we sort it out.

How long does the cleaning take?

A studio or one-bedroom apartment is typically done within a few hours after the move. Larger homes are agreed case by case — give the size in the form and you'll get an estimate in the quote.
