Can our employees book their moves directly?
Yes — that is the usual setup. We agree the framework with HR once (billing, pricing, what is covered), and after that each employee contacts us directly. HR gets a confirmation when each move is completed.
What languages do you operate in?
Our team serves customers in English, Finnish and Russian. Quote forms are also available in Swedish, German, Spanish and Estonian.
Do you handle international relocations?
Yes, both directions — employees arriving to Finland and leaving it. International moves are always quoted individually after we know the route and volume; there is no list price. See our international moving guide for routes and timelines.
How fast can you move an arriving employee?
Local moves within the capital region can often be arranged within days — sometimes next-day, depending on the calendar. International timelines depend on the route; we give a realistic estimate with the quote.
How does invoicing work?
By e-invoice with 7–14 day payment terms, directly to your company. Recurring needs are handled under one framework agreement with agreed pricing and a named contact person.
