Can our employees book their moves directly?
Yes, that is the usual setup. We agree the framework with HR once (billing, pricing, what is covered), and after that each employee contacts us directly. HR gets a confirmation when each move is completed.
What languages do you operate in?
Our moving crew speaks English, Finnish, Russian and Swedish, and customer service also answers in Estonian, Ukrainian and Belarusian. Quote forms are available in Swedish, German, Spanish and Estonian too.
Do you handle international relocations?
Yes, in both directions: employees arriving in Finland and employees leaving it. We quote every international move individually once we know the route and volume, as there is no list price. See our international moving guide for routes and timelines.
How fast can you move an arriving employee?
Local moves within the capital region can often be arranged within a few days, sometimes for the next day if the calendar allows. International timelines depend on the route, and we give a realistic estimate with the quote.
How does invoicing work?
By e-invoice with 7–14 day payment terms, directly to your company. Recurring needs are handled under one framework agreement with agreed pricing and a named contact person.
